Hi, I’m jennifer Irvin
After a rewarding career as a management consultant and growing a healthcare business, I’m now semi-retired. This transition has given me the time and space to reflect on my own life, particularly the challenges of balancing a demanding career, family, and personal growth.
I understand the relentless pressure many working women face—managing careers, households, and life’s unexpected curveballs. It’s exhausting and often feels like there’s little time left for yourself. Over the years, I’ve discovered practical strategies and “life hacks” that make it easier to regain control, create balance, and focus on what truly matters.
For women navigating life’s bigger transitions, such as divorce, I know how overwhelming and uncertain those moments can feel. Having experienced divorce, I’ve learned first hand how to rebuild with clarity, independence, and confidence. These personal experiences, combined with my professional expertise, have inspired me to create resources that support women through both everyday challenges and life’s bigger changes.
These days, I focus on empowering women—whether they’re trying to reclaim balance and satisfaction in a busy world or working through the complexities of separation and/or divorce. I’ve developed courses and resources on managing finances, making big decisions, and finding clarity amidst chaos, all designed to be practical and relatable.
Life doesn’t have to feel like an endless grind. With the right tools and strategies, you can move forward with confidence and create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and uniquely yours.
My Approach
Being able to see a path forward can be challenging for many of us, let alone finding our purpose in life. Throughout my career, I’ve developed skills via program and project management, strategic planning as well as coaching and mentoring many different people.
Having a plan and a vision for your life is often tricky - this is where I can help step you through it. There are so many challenges that we all face from health and wellbeing, career aspirations to finances and navigating relationships.
I love working with people that want to learn, grow, and create a better life. I want to help people feel excited and energised to achieve your goals and dreams rather than feeling defeated by them.
Often it’s about making some small changes and doing this consistently, that can lead to big impacts.
If you’re having trouble finding your purpose, mapping out a pathway to achieve a life that you genuinely love, or you’re having difficulty juggling life and/or your finances - I can provide advice that is pragmatic and purposeful.
Models and frameworks
My approach is to draw on an appropriate theory, model, or framework and then tailor it to your situation and life. Whether it’s career planning frameworks, budgets and analysis tools, or behavioural change management theory.
practical actions
After each session with me, you’ll go away with a series of things to think about, as well as a list of actions and practical suggestions.
